Sovereign Aethlantis Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

The Sovereign Aethlantis values customer satisfaction and is committed to providing high-quality products. If there is any issue with your purchase, our exchange, return, and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Exchange for Manufacturing Defects:
If the product presents any manufacturing defect, the customer has up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To do so, the customer must contact our customer support, providing the order number and a description of the defect. We will arrange for the exchange or a refund of the amount paid.

2. Return Due to Regret or Withdrawal:
If the customer regrets the purchase or decides to withdraw from the product, they may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.

3. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and reviewed. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The timeframe for the refund depends on the policy of the card issuer or the payment method chosen.

4. Personalized Products:
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
